Pant-y-Branner Park consists of 10 Static Caravans and 10 Lodge Homes, these are situated in a large and well landscaped gated site with 24hr CCTV and on site parking. The park itself is situated within the Llŷn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and is a short walk from one of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches on the Llŷn Peninsula, Porth Ceiriad.
For people who enjoy watersports, the nearby village of Abersoch (2.5 miles) is home to a number of surf shops. But for those who prefer a more relaxed time there are many cafe's, bars and eateries.

Residents of Pant-y-Branner Park enter a contract with us for a fixed term by completing and signing a Licence Agreement. The duration of this term is dependent on whether they join us on a vacant plot and purchase a new Caravan/Lodge (around 15yrs); or (with our agreement only) purchase a Caravan/Lodge from a current resident and take over their plot (to the end of the residents licence agreement).
Under the terms of the agreement, residents are permitted to use their Caravan/Lodge from the 1st March to the 10th January each year. Pitch fees are payable annually from the 1st April and residents are informed of the pitch fee by the 31st January each year. On top of the pitch fees, residents are liable for the cost of their utilities (Water, Electricity and Gas) and are billed for these biannually in January and August at the rate of supply to us.
